I'm Experiencing the same issue with my Mac M1 Pro 16'. Upgraded to Ventura 13.5 and now when using two monitors, my LG monitor suddenly turns off and I have to push off and on button on the monitor to get the image back. My cables, installation and devices are fine and worked excellent until the OS update.
