On my Iphone 13 Pro Max after adjusting and moving apps around my Iphone is not letting me scroll left or right therefore I have to scroll down search the app I intend to use unless I restart my phone though it only fixes the issue temporally. If I move a app or try adding widgets it goes back to locking me on the screen i was currently on.
