I don't have an answer but in my case, my executable for the game porting toolkit is here: /usr/local/bin/ So my command looks like this WINEPREFIX=~/wine_prefix /usr/local/bin/wine64 winecfg You can do a search to find the executable you're looking for and skip the "prefix" part, that didn't work for me.
