Append the -skipMacroValidation option to xcodebuild, or you can also add set it as a default via: defaults write com.apple.dt.Xcode IDESkipMacroFingerprintValidation -bool YES

Similar issue to robs stack trace. Release version of Xcode 12.3 (17715), trying to build a small SwiftUI app. Other projects work beautifully.
