So I just found out something interesting. I have the Keyboard Navigation system setting turned on. When I turned it off, the focus was set correctly as you mentioned. I didn't expect Keyboard Navigation setting to influence the default focus which makes me feel that this is a bug. Feedback ID: FB13693851
