This was on macOS Version 14.0 Beta (23A5301h) with an iPhone running 17.0.3. What OS fixes this issue?

How is this going for you @StevenAn ? Has the issue still been popping up or did it resolve?

By any chance are you using Lightning cables? I wonder if these capture fails can be attributed to failing Lightning cables.
