Same here. I use M1 Mac Mini and Xcode was running fine a week ago. Now it's dead. I can't open any project. It quits immediately with (tabController) should not be nil.. I reported this to Apple.
This is ridiculous.
Now I'm reinstalling it, maybe this will help.
