tf-metal only works up to python 3.12: https://pypi.org/project/tensorflow-metal/#files and is not compatible with tf 2.20 (_pywrap_tensorflow_internal.so error) so, we are limited to py 3.12. I was able to get a stable build using Python 3.12, tf-metal 1.2.0, and tensorflow 2.19.1
