It looks like there was only some initial work done on WebKit: https://github.com/WebKit/WebKit/pull/17320 Many features, like gRPC-web, ConnectRPC bidirectional streaming, are waiting on Safari to support WebTransport. I hope this feature gets implemented in Safari soon.
