I have same problem with Beta 4 on my M1. Rebooting the OS fixes the issue until you leave the machine for a while and then it bascially freezes and only another reboot fixes it. Interestingly It works inside of Chrome bowser on Beta 4 with no issues so its specific to the Teams Mac App.
