Comment on The CoreML MultiArray Float16 input is not supported for running on the NPU, and this issue only occurs on the iPhone 11.

Based on the data collected from the app after it was launched, devices with the A13 chip run on the CPU in both iOS 17 and iOS 18, while they operate normally on the NPU in iOS 16.
