Hey we are experiencing the same issue here ! With the exact same context, we asked our user to un-select "Share Across Devices", and they get notifications showing a lot more screen time then is even shown within the DeviceActivityReport

Hey if you haven't found a workaround, I'd suggest storing those tokens in shared storage and then just using them from there instead of depending on the DeviceActivityCenter. Hope that helps ;)

Hey I'm experiencing the same issues, it especially happens when the includesPastActivity property of a DeviceActivityEvent is set to false. The process responsible for firing the events seems to not take in account app usage. I've filed a feedback report: FB15220094. It contains a more detailed explanation of the issue with logs showing exactly what is happening.
