Certainly looks like this issue - it would be fantastic if someone could answer WHY the system now checks for the new Code Signature Format? As a developer with limited resources on the Enterprise Program, this is turning into a mountain of additional work just to get our apps which were never broken in the first place to start running again. Is there any iOS equivalent of LTSC?
