Some of my apps requires to have direct interaction with a view when Voiceover is enabled. In iOS 12 and 13 my code worked as expected, but with iOS 14 it say only “direct interaction area” without permitting direct interaction.

Why don’t add an haptic based clock while voiceover is activated? Could be useful for blinds to check time without making the device (iPhone, iPad but, most of all, AppleWatch) emitting sounds and so, in a discrete way.
