I can replicate the same bug. When inside .toolbar{}, .disabled() does not work visually change a button when using .borderedProminent or .glassProminent button styles.

Ok, I can confirm that disabled now behaves as expected if I bring the toolbar out of the view building function of the child view to the parent view.
