Sorry to bother you, but when is this issue expected to be fixed?

This issue has been fixed, but I found a new one. The attachment is a picture which has alpha channel. It could be shown correctly in Chrome, and you can see some gray vertical bars when opening it. But the gray bars disappear when open them in the system image browser or IM app.
