Is there a search operator for this on the Apple Developer Forums? On the Swift forums I can search using #general-announce in:unseen to see only announcements that I have not read yet. https://forums.swift.org/search?q=%23general-announce%20in%3Aunseen%20order%3Alatest

What I meant was that I wanted to see older threads that I haven't read yet and didn't want to have to scroll past dozens of recent threads that I have already read.

There are some topics/tags where I would like to be able to read all of the threads under them so it would be nice to have an option when viewing a topic or tag to hide all of the threads that I have already read so I can only see threads that I haven't read.

Reply to Choosing Minimum Deployment Targets

Would it make sense for Apple to change the default iOS 17 minimum deployment target to 17.5 since that it the newest version with a simulator available? Or is there any reason that it would make sense for Apple to release and iOS 17.6 or 17.7 simulator? Should I submit a Feedback Assistant report?

Reply to Allow editing posts for longer on the Developer Forums

Some people have recommended switching to the Discourse forum software used by other forums like the Swift forums. It allows editing posts for longer and has an edit history feature. Discourse also has many other features that the Apple Developer Forums don't have.

This issue happens in the latest iOS 17, 18, and 26 simulators. I have not tested older simulators like iOS 15 or 16. I am using Xcode 26.4 (17E192), Simulator 16.0 (1063.2) (SimulatorKit 955.7, CoreSimulator 1051.49) and macOS Tahoe 26.4.
