Had the same problem. I think they just moved it. In the Inspector, Go to the Network tab, then click on the main document "<>" on the left list - then a sub tab menu will appear with a "Cookies" tab... then you can view the cookies/values that were requested/received.

Agree, Apple plays catchup a lot for gaming tech (example, VR), when they are repeatedly stating that that want to add gaming to the Mac platform. This is one place they can stay current if they are getting FSR 3-like frame generation in Metal FX now, verses waiting for every other platform to be using it.
