To be clear, about the post by HeshamAtApple above: are you saying Reality Composer is end of life? How about all of the non-VisionOS applications (vast majority) that were built over the course of the last 5 years? Is the message that all of the non-VisionOS apps are throw-away? That's how I read it. A terrible developer customer care decision. Solution: fix Reality Composer Pro to be iOS compatible ASAP!

It appears Apple is bailing on (neglecting) the billions of devices that support AR (phones/tablets) and putting all energy into a not even released AR device (VisionPro), which will be a tiny fraction of the market for years to come...brilliant move! I can't use Reality Composer Pro because its only compatible with VisionOS. Hysterical & sad.

this works fine. but the model and animations need to be structured in the origin modeling tool correctly. I use Blender for this. Use the NLE (nonliner editor) and make sure your objects and animations are named properly for access. then use anEnity = model.findEntity("{nameOfObject}"). then ask the anEntity?.availableAnimations for its animations. then run one or all of them.

Use the most recent build of Blender (4.0.1) and export to .usdc or usdz format. there is a selection of choices on the right side of the export for scene content to export. If you're feeling brave use the special Blender build with additional USD export features (Branch build 4.1.0 USD edition), this is being enhanced by Nvidia for the Omnisphere echosystem. Please note that many of the Blender features are not supported by RealityKit, even though they export correctly in USD format.
