Ultimate Solution: 11/25/2022: iPhone 12 Pro Max with Apple Watch series 5(refurbished) Reset Apple Watch by turning it off first then on, then when apple logo reappears hold down button below crown until it says to erase all settings. Erase settings and let it reboot, and then turn off. Sign out of iCloud on iPhone. Turn off iPhone. Boot watch Boot iPhone and then sign in to iCloud.
