Confirming this regression on iOS 26.3.1 (iPhone 16 Pro). NFCTagReaderSession fires readerErrorSecurityViolation immediately on session start, despite com.apple.developer.nfc.readersession.formats: TAG entitlement being correctly embedded in the binary (verified via codesign). Reproduces in both development-signed and TestFlight distribution-signed builds. Identical code and entitlements worked on iOS 18 and earlier. Filed Feedback Assistant report: FB22626623
