Same issue also. Tried all repair recommendations and event did a complete reinstallation with the same result. Boot in recovery Delete partition Recreate partition Install Monterey 12.1, Install Office 365 16.56 Configure accounts Search in Outlook still giving no results even though during indexing I was getting some results. But no results when indexing is completed Spotlight search is working and I can search my mails through it although not practical at all

Just for the sake of sharing the info, --> I have the issue on my Monterey 12.1/O365 16.56 setup but no issues with my Big Sur 11.6.1/O365 16.56 setup.
