I am using MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021) with Apple M1 Pro chip. It's the new arm device I guess.

I tried to search but I didn't get it online. Where can I get the release note? Isn't it possible that ptrdiff_t might have been deprecated and some new data structure should be used.

MacOS Monterey doesn't allow to download previous Xcode versions. Yes I use C++ language. I don't get the explanation mentioned in the stackoverflow. Is this issue due to this new M1 chip on arm device?
