Hi, I'm trying to notarize a macOS app using xcrun notarytool, but the submission has been stuck in "In Progress" for over 24 hours. I tried submitting twice, but the second submission is also stuck in In Progress. Is this likely a backlog in the notarization service, or is there something that could cause submissions to stay "in progress" for so long? Thanks!
