Apple Developer Enrolment Revoked?
Back in July, I successfully enrolled and paid the annual fee. However, in August, the "enroll" button reappeared as if I hadnt done it. The app is still available to download on App Store, but I cannot update it, cannot fix the bugs at all. I tried to contact the support team multiple times but it has been more than 1 month and there's no update so far. I was told that the app was active, then it went inactive, which triggered some concerns. It was first reviewed by the senior advisors but now it's escalated to the internal operation team (sounds serious). Anyone has the same experience or knows someone who knows? I really hope to know the reason as well as how high I should keep my hopes up.

PLZ HELP!!! Enrolled, Paid, but App Under Review for Over 2 Months
Not the kind of review we all went through to get enrolled. I was told the reason was that we did some abnormal action (turned the app from Active to Inactive, our bad, prob dev team was doing some test before launching). But it has been more than 2 months, we are really desperate. We removed the app off the platform to avoid affecting user experience (bugs are there but we can no longer update the app to fix). Marketing gotta be done, salaries gotta be paid, so we are hopeless looking for a solution. Anyone in the same situation or anyone knows a way we can do to fasten the review process? All we have to do is wait, but we don't know how long it will take so it's really clueless.

3 months has passed and our app is still under review
Has anyone been in the same situation? Can someone let me know where I should go to look for support? I'm desperate :( This has put us into a very harsh situation. We don't know whether we should continue waiting for it or we should just give up. We were eager to launch the service, then all of a sudden, our enrollment was revoked. The app was there in App Store, but no bugs could be fixed as the update was no longer an option. 3 months, 1 project we truly put our heart into, and multiple people worried about their job positions. We have sent dozens of emails, tried to connect probably 100 hundred times (they never worked but for some reason, if I call from my own account, it always works).
