Comment on Outlook search not works in Monterey
I called Apple's Sr. Technical Support department today, it's almost as if they're not even aware the issue exists. Despite me reporting the issue over 5 times, and hundreds of threads available on Mac Rumors, Mac Developer Forum, Mac Community Forum, etc. Apple is just really dropping the ball here. First time in 20 years I've seriously considered switching back to Windows. Monterey broke everything

Starting to get the feeling that they royally screwed up, explains the lack of a response and complete ignorance from customer support. I went through hell downgrading my OS back to Mojave and then back to Big Sur. Did a time machine back up, and it looks like something got corrupted in the backup data when I installed to Monterey because now I have the Outlook issue there too. However, the Spotlight indexing does work. So Im not sure what to make of it.

At this point I’m honestly considering moving off of Apple for good, after 20 years of being a loyal customer. It seems like their devs/engineers are lazy, and the company culture has changed over the years. I don’t want to clutter this forum with my rant, but I’m just disappointed in the product quality over the past 3-5 OS updates. It seems as though they’re getting progressively worse.
