I think I am seeing couple of other issues as well with this new linker: .loh AdrpAdd label1, label2 optimization hint is ignored. resulting binary is not adding FUNCTION_STARTS for some functions

I suspect my original test app was bad somehow - I recreated an app and now loading works as expected.
