I am hitting the same issue. Provisioning profile "iOS Team Provisioning Profile: " doesn't include the com.apple.developer.musickit entitlement. Was this ever resolved?

I have the same issue. Super annoying as the main motivation for upgrading macOS was to try the updated Xcode.

I rebooted and just kept trying. Around the 5th or 6th time it was successful
