Xcode16.3 + iOS18.5 release still has this problem

iOS18.5 + Xcode16.3 didn't work either

I’m experiencing an unacceptable app launch delay of over 4 minutes on my device, which has been happening for several months without resolution. This issue persists across multiple iOS versions (from 18.4 to 18.5, including the latest release), severely impacting usability. Despite waiting for fixes in updates, the problem remains unresolved. I’ve tried standard troubleshooting (rebooting, reinstalling the app, etc.), but the delay persists. This is not an isolated case—other users have reported similar issues.
