I am also facing the same issue with ReactNative Apps. When the stack depth is greater than 60, XCUITest is unable to identify the child elements and kind of bundles all the hierarchy that are greater than 60 levels into a single element. This has brought the APPIUM testing to its knees and we are unable to proceed further. Seems that the issue is from the CoreFoundation library of XCTest as mentioned in the link here. https://github.com/appium/appium/issues/14825#issuecomment-960537920 @Developer Tools Engineer - Need your support on this.
