I had the same thing happen to me. The download doesn't progress after it hits 10 mins remaining mark. Here's the solution: Download the entire OS from this link: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-big-sur/id1526878132?mt=12 This will open App Store and allow you to download the latest version of Big Sur Good luck guys! :)
