Comment on How can I use private AI agents in Xcode 26.3?
In the reverse direction, when trying to use the Xcode 26.3 MCP inside OpenCode, the mcp output appears to differ from its stated schema so it fails. Was really looking forward to having Xcode open tabs and selected text, among other features, also available in external coding tools. Hopefully this can be fixed by release so the feature is not essentially locked to just OpenAI/Anthropic. "xcode": { "type": "local", "command": [ "xcrun", "mcpbridge" ] },

That's a great find. Unfortunately it seems like the reverse direction has some trouble, the Xcode 26.3 MCP is not working in OpenCode, there's errors stating that the output didn't match the declared schema. Would be nice to reference open tabs and selected text from inside OpenCode too - hopefully they fix this.
