Hi — multiple notarytool submissions from my account have been stuck "In Progress" for 60+ hours and never reach Accepted/Invalid. Apple's Developer System Status shows "Developer ID Notary Service" as operational, so this appears to be a backend/account processing stall rather than a public outage.
