Reply to iOS 26.4 breaks when loading WkWebview domain subresources from a loopback localhost in-app GCDWebserver +self signed cert with TLSv1_ALERT_UNKNOWN_CA
This got fixed by changing NSTemporaryExceptionAllowsInsecureHTTPLoads to NSExceptionAllowsInsecureHTTPLoads. This exception is scoped to localhost domain as it makes sense.
