I had the same issue with both Xcode16.1ß1, and past betas of 16.0. 'Debug Information Format' is definitely set to 'DWARF with dSYM File' and 'Generate Debug Symbols' is set to 'YES', as per that old thread you've linked too.

It's already set to 'No' (and I did try setting it to 'Yes' just in case!)
