I have the same issue. I did however found out that it does actually still broadcast but again with random mac adresses with apparently a different IRK? not sure how to obtain this second IRK.

+10 no seriously i jus switched to apple and cant belive this is not working ... :/ at least let us do this in some sort of dev mode
