Steps to reproduce: In the archieves I choose my build, then clicked button "Distribute App" on right panel Continued next as usual for some config options, then process started and stuck there with screen as above or message "Communicating with Apple" I even let for test 5 hours !!! nothing changed, no error message or stopping, still scrolling loading

SOLVED: solution was to uninstall then install xcode (only this did not work) restart mac

Still if someone from Apple reads this, please improve Xcode with a timeout, example: after 30 minutes if it cannot connect to server for whatever reason, show error message. We let the xcode run for 4 hours and still was loading... Then cancelled and restart several times, still same result before accidentally fixing it
