Unbelievable. Saw this earlier and now on watch 7.0.2! Unfortunately I don't see any previous symbol file folders in ~/Library/Developer/Xcode/watchOS DeviceSupport unfortuntately to copy so nickreddings solution unfortunately doesn't work for me.
