I've done some testing with the related files mechanism and can confirm that if I register a "rehex-foo" file type and a "rehex-meta" file type I'm able to write out a foo.rehex-meta file when saving foo.rehex-foo, however, I've not been able to get it to work in any other case - even foo.rehex-foo.rehex-meta isn't allowed when writing foo.rehex-foo.
