Yesterday I upgraded to Monterey 12.1 after which Outlook fails to search mail.

Monterey 12.1 - In addition to outlook search broken, Filter in outlook is also broken. Any filter returns blank.

Outlook 16.57 has fixed issue for me. 16.56 had the issue.
