Push notifications are being delayed by several hours

I have triggered few notifications, and they were delivered to my iPhone with a delay of several hours. Could you please assist us in resolving this issue? Device: iPhone 15 OS Version: 17.5.1

Unable to export build for internal testing on Xcode 15.2

Xcode freezes for a few minutes when I try to export the build on Xcode 15.2. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Some push notifications are duplicated 6 times

Since upgrading to iOS 17.2.1 some app notifications have been duplicated 6 times. Tried turning off the notification then restarting the device & finally turning the notifications back on for the apps but still no luck. The notifications are the same and show up at the same time. Is anyone else experiencing this?
