Doesn't every app that connects to the internet have potential for being a gateway for commercial content?

I had tried with a similar suggestion but the template someone gave me was rejected also. Ill try this one again soon in hopes it solves this. So frustrating as this is just a non profit artist Im helping with creating an app Thanks so much for this help!

By the way...The app contains no music. Just the artists voice recordings and images. Looking at Buma/Strema seems just for music?

This actually worked! We had vocal audio recordings and a phone gallery in the app. There was no official rights documents or numbers so I left the Buma/Strema line out of the above form and just stated that there were no good and services in the app and it was non profit. Thanks so much for the help! Im sure this will help others also
