Hello!
I am working on an app for macOS.
Rarely my users are seeing a kernel panic :
panic(cpu 0 caller 0xffffff7fb173ed9b): "Submission on work queue 38 failed due to insufficient space!\n" @IGGuC.cpp:3124
Panicked task 0xffffff950a5de208: 9 threads: pid 3634: nxtray
Looking around on Google gave results which are stating that a really similar issue can happen even with apps developed by Apple (like Xcode).
Apple engineers on these threads are suggesting that it could be a hardware or a driver related issue.
We had our automated stress tests running for a day using the exact same machine and macOS version (Model Identifier: MacBookPro16,1, with macOS version 13.2.1) and this issue never happened.
Could you please share more info about this? In which hardware and driver combination can this issue happen?
Thank you very much for your help in advance,
Csaba Szigeti
