"with 16.1 SDK" means, do we need to update our "Minimum Deployment Target" to 16.1? Then users on older versions can't install the App, right?

@jaredjones Thanks for replying. I noticed one issue when the process was killed inside withExclusiveControl block. the lock was not getting released manager.withExclusiveControl I tried killing and reopening the app, but I was still unable to enter the withExclusiveControl block. After restarting the device it started working. Any suggestions/ workaround on how to avoid this?

@jaredjones We are also getting this error in Organizer since we integrated Background Assets framework. Do you have any idea, can you please check once ?
