Hi @sebastianmarr , did you meanwhile find a solution to this? I am trying this with a Home Screen Widget using Appdelegates appDidFinishLaunching method and get the same errom whether my app is launched or not. I am registering an instance with no protocol which is member of both targets {App and WidgetExtension). The App Intent Example App (https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appintents/creating-your-first-app-intent) is using a SwiftUI app and and a Watch App, so quite a different setup.
