Indeed, it seems that apple still forgot to help us solve this issue on March 2025. Actually, somehow I just thought this was one independent issue for my m4 macbook. Now, my m4 mac mini still had been raised the same issue, very good to know this. So currently I just try to use directly Whisky, btw whisky can do some works if it is able depending on the complier.

Again, as the readme.rtf mentioned, the approach using homebrew-wine and game-porting-toolkit casks did not make lots of sense if you wanna try not to follow the own evaluation env provided by apple. Specifically, the own evaluation env approach shall be best to run the game .exe files if you and your macs are able, actually I did install the game porting toolkit 1.1 successfully as the brew cask, which indicated one very different installation from both apple's instruction as well as applegamingwiki although I did follow either instruction step by step. So I do believe that apple did provide and upgrade the GPTK scripts but excluded its readme and brew dependency somehow. Do please help us indeed.
