Same here, it's crazy that apple didn't expect most people to try deleting the app and re-installing. I've tried backing up my phone and clearing all data (except for eSIM card) then loading it up from iCloud backups. Didn't work.. Also contacted apple support and waited for 20mins on hold, only to be told that they didn't know much about beta. Again didn't work out.. I did create a feedback support ticket. However who knows how long it will take to get a resolution. Hope that beta 2 will see that the app is missing and reinstall, or better yet; Apple makes a update to the app store allowing beta users 18.2 > to install image playground.
