I am running into the same issue, and it's also happening for a bunch of our users. Does anyone have any workarounds that are suitable for non tech-savvy users? At the moment we are suggesting they use Chrome on iOS which seems to work

Has anyone tried the 18.2 beta? does that seem to fix things?

I am no longer able to replicate this issue after upgrading to iOS 18.2 (released on Dec 11)
