How to place the toolbar item to right side of the tool bar, not the left of trailing side?

What kind of function called of shortcut "⌥⌘+S"? How to call that function to toggle sidebar hide/show function?

My XCode version is Version 12.5 (12E262) Big Sur Version is 11.3 (20E232) Have the same issue
