I am just mocking the push payload from Apple's CloudKit tool for it. I used the same payload that I used while testing from an Xcode-run build. As mentioned, the Xcode-run build worked, so highly assume the problem is with embedding.

In Build Phases, I do have the Embed Foundation Extensions which is at the very bottom of that list. Does it need to be before a specific build phase?
